Hit the spot!! Some of the best authentic Mexican food we’ve had in Utah in a long time. Service is as quick and so friendly! Definitely recommend anything Al Pastor, so delicious! We will be back!

I will be coming back! Authentic Mexican food is hard to find and I appreciate the effort that Ellie has put in to make it fresh! My mouth is still burning that's good stuff!

Absolutely delicious!! I love stopping by during my laundry day, it's always such a tasty and welcome lunch while I'm busy doing errands. I love the pollo tacos, loaded with cilantro :)

We tried the tacos at the Taco festival, as well as many other taco trucks and these were my favorite taco! They used good corn tortillas, the meat was tender and flavorful. They were happy to serve us, and I'm excited to try them again!

Wow! Amazing food. Really nice guy in the food truck making some of the best tacos I've had in Utah. It's always a good find when you come across a top-notch Taco joint! I had the al pastor and birria tacos

Stopped on a whim and was pleasantly surprised! The torta was phenomenal and the portions were large! The extra condiments were a great addition. The workers were very friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely delicious!! I lived in SLC a few years back and always make a point when I’m back in town to grab some authentic tacos and Las Ellie’s did not disappoint. Had a lengua & asada taco, both very, very tender with amazing flavor. Highlight of my day
